Absolutely! Our Budapest Boat Party events are all about cruising the Danube. Depending on the event you book, expect a sail time of 1.5-2 hours. We'll glide past the city's finest sights, spanning from the Margit Bridge to the Lágymányosi Bridge. Get ready to soak in the stunning views of Budapest's downtown landmarks!

Grab your tickets with a drinks bundle and you will get a strip of drink coupons when you arrive, which you can trade in for pretty much any drink on our menu (the only exceptions being top-shelf liquors like Grey Goose). Jack Daniels, Fireball, Absolut vodka etc. are all included, as well as bottled beer and wine by the glass. Your ticket will get you 3 standard drinks and 2 shots - or you can use your shot coupons to double up the liquor in your drinks, up to you. This drink bundle is worth up to 35EUR but if you add it to your ticket you can get it for only 20EUR.

For those who are feeling extra-thirsty, we also offer an unlimited drinks option which gets you free drinks at our designated open bar area for 2 hours and 45 minutes, as well as priority entry so you don’t miss a minute of drinking time. The drinks included are local beer & wine, and spirit + mixer drinks (sorry, no shots) containing either Smirnoff vodka, Finsbury gin, Bacardi Blanca / Captain Morgan's spiced rum, Ballantines whisky or Jim Beam bourbon, and filled up with your choice of carbonated beverage or fruit juice.

These add-ons can be bought ahead of time, or you can also upgrade your ticket when you arrive

Does the pope wear a dress? Of course you can! If you decide against getting a drinks package but still want to get your buzz on, we have a fully stocked bar on board selling basic and premium spirits, juices, soft drinks, beer and wine.

Typically, the boat sets sail 30 minutes after doors open. Make sure to double-check your ticket details to catch the boat on time. Sorry, latecomers, we can't hold the ship!

When it's time to dock, we'll almost always circle back to our starting point, but the ending location will also show up on your ticket if there are any foreseeable changes. But head’s up: the after-party spot changes based on the event. For Danube Beat cruises, our party buses will usually take you to Morrisons 2. Our bar crawls always meet at the first bar on the crawl route, which is also where you will get your power hour of unlimited drinks, if you bought it. The meeting point will always be on your ticket, but they are usually as follows:

Bingo Bar Crawl starts at Hoff House (Nagymező utca 40., Budapest 1065)

Ultimate Pub Crawl kicks off at Ruin Brew Beer + Brunch (Akácfa utca 54-56, Budapest 1073)

Don’t stress, we'll be chilling at the meeting point for at least an hour after the scheduled meeting time. Running late? Give our hotline a buzz to catch up with the crew at the next spot.

This add-on can be bought ahead of time, or you can also upgrade your ticket at the meeting point. With this, you’ll get unlimited drinks at a private bar or an express queue at the main bar, to ensure you don’t waste too much time waiting in line. The drinks included are beer, wine and spirit + mixer drinks (sorry, no shots) containing either vodka, gin, rum or whisky and filled up with your choice of carbonated beverage or fruit juice.

We will always take you to AT LEAST one ruin bar on every crawl, usually more. There are very few ruin bars left in the city, and some of them don’t accept groups at all, and others can only be visited on certain days. We wish we could guarantee you an all-ruin-bar crawl, but that’s just not possible these days. But don’t worry, you won’t leave our crawl without at least getting a taste of grungy, ruined magic :)

The grand finale for our pub crawls is almost always at Instant-Fogas Komplexum. Picture this: theatrical decor, 18 bars, 6 dance floors, and 2 gardens. Now that's what we call a party!

This depends entirely on which boats are available for the date and time you want to book,but we can definitely guarantee it will have:

1) An indoor and heated/air-conditioned ground floor, with tables, chairs and a well stocked bar

2) An open-air terrace on the floor(s) above so we are prepared for any weather! We will always do our best to match your group up with the best boat we can find, but don’t worry, we’ll never take you out on a low-grade little dingy!

Again, this depends on which boat we end up booking for you, since each boat has a different docking point. Most of the small and medium-sized boats we use are stationed at Jászai Mari tér, along the northern Pest side of the river, facing Margaret Island. This is easily accessible by the #4 or #6 tram lines and Metro lines 2 and 3 are within a 10-15 minute walk. If you would prefer a specific embarkation point, let us know - some empty docks can be rented for boarding and unboarding, but they usually cost extra.

Yes! All our standard offers are calculated with the cost of the boat cruising the river for the whole duration of the rental period. If you want to give yourselves extra time standing in the dock for whatever reason, let us know and we’re happy to arrange it.

This is pretty much down to you, but subject to availability. If you’re booking for peak season (June-July), allow at least 3 months if you need it at a specific time. If you’re a bit more flexible, we can usually find a suitable start time for you within 4-6 weeks during peak season, or as little as a week in the quiet season.

All our private event bookings include an English and/or Hungarian speaking event host and free entry to Morrisons 2 nightclub after the cruise, if you’re cruising in the evening. Everything else, from food and drinks to decorations and entertainment is down to you! Your booking agent will be able to discuss these options with you by email or over the phone.

1) Fill out the contact form, letting us know some basic details about your request.

2) Our bookings team will send through a personalised quote for your event and discuss further options with you.

3) When you are happy with the details, we will send through a booking agreement for you to sign.

4) Once signed, we will then issue you an invoice for a non-refundable deposit of 40% of the total due, paid via Bank Transfer.

5) Once payment has been received, your booking is confirmed! We will then send through full details of the event a little closer to the event date along with arrangements for paying the final balance.
